Royal Phoenicia Hotel

My recent 4-night stay at the Royal Phoenicia Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the lobby until the day we checked out, we experienced a level of hospitality that left us feeling pampered and content. A key figure in making our stay truly memorable was Ibrahim, the receptionist at the hotel. Upon arrival, Ibrahim warmly greeted us with a genuine smile, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. He was extremely welcoming and displayed a high level of professionalism that immediately put us at ease. He efficiently handled our check-in process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience after a long day of travel. Throughout our stay, Ibrahim continued to impress us with his attentiveness and dedication to making our accommodation exceptional. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests, providing us with valuable information about the local area, including great restaurant recommendations and nearby attractions. It was evident that he was not merely doing his job but genuinely cared about ensuring that we had a memorable stay. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, Ibrahim was always readily available at the reception desk. His knowledge of the hotel's amenities and services was extensive, and he spared no effort in ensuring that we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the hotel. From arranging transportation to helping us with reservations, Ibrahim's friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel like valued guests. The Royal Phoenicia Hotel itself was a haven of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay, contributing to the overall sense of relaxation and well-being. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive.

Very Warm Welcome & Room Arrangements by Front Desk lady Ms. Bushra. Very Nice and Big-Cozy Room with Fridge, TV and a Hall with Sofas. A good small but clean Swimming Pool for kids n family.

Hospitality was very good . On my first and second visit I met with Mr.Ibrahim / Mr Suleman at the front desk.. was a very good person. Really I would like to appreciate them .. Regard, Mohsin Ali.

The room was very good and service of the staff was perfect especially Mr. Suleiman helped us the very well.
